This is my favorite new restaurant in the entire State of California. It is a large, modern space, with a focus on modern Mexican cuisine.
The menu is available for a very reasonable price and the service is great, but the real star of the show is the outdoor patio and terrace area. It’s a great place to relax or just enjoy the weather while you’re waiting for your food to be ready.
The place is owned and operated by sulem (formerly the owner of the famous Los Angeles Mexican restaurant El Torito). He was just named one of the 50 best chefs in California for his work at Los Angeles Mexican and he has been nominated for three James Beard Awards. We have had some other Cali restaurants that have had a few great chefs, but sulem has a unique brand of excellence. I have been to his other restaurants, and this one is by far the best.
If you live in California, you’ll be happy to know that sulem has had a few of his restaurants closed in the last few weeks. However, since we’re talking about Cali restaurants in general, sulem has gone on record to say that his new restaurant will one day be opened again.
Cali has a long history of small, family-run restaurants. Sulem was founded by his father, Calle Calderon, in his parents’ back yard in the 1980s. The menu was simple and fresh, but the staff was like family. To this day the staff is still family. In fact, the staff at sulem is still family, and they have a long history of working together.
In the past, Cali’s have been known for their fresh, fresh flavors. The first one opened in 1976 in a small, family-run restaurant in downtown San Diego. The restaurant is still in business, but Cali’s move to a larger location in the city has been a rocky road.
The menu is pretty good though, and the staff is helpful. They don’t seem to know what to do with the menu.
Calis’ new location will be in a mall in San Diego, which is a nice change up. The mall is a new, upscale area that has made it popular among families looking to escape the car-oriented lifestyle in the city.
The Calis family is a family of businessmen. On the menu, the chefs have put a lot of thought into the food. They have a full menu, and they are constantly experimenting to get that “tangy” taste that is missing from most restaurants. Some of the menu items are a little on the pricey side, but the price is a good way to get a taste of the restaurant’s family atmosphere.
When the Calis family moved to the mall, they came with two very important things: one was an escape from the family that they had to live with, and the other was the knowledge that they could get their hands on some of the expensive, high end, high end brands that the mall has to offer. The idea was to take advantage of the fact that they were now living in a city that is filled with the new, high end brands.
