The best way I found to overcome this was to use excel. I use excel to keep track of all the different names that are common in the world, and then I use excel to look up the most common name to see if there is any information similar to what I already have. With this technique, I can often find that the information I already have is somewhat similar to what is on the list of names returned by excel.
It’s kind of like searching google for “papaya” and you find a lot of results. But with excel, I can get the same info I’d get if I searched on google, but at the same time I can also get the same info on the phone.
It’s important to be aware of what you’re doing and to take note of your habits and routines. It helps to write everything down, so you can start looking up things quickly.

Just as you have to make a note of your cell phone numbers and addresses and the names of your friends, you have to make sure that you write down the names of your friends, your favorite websites, the names of your favorite movies, and the names of the things you eat for breakfast. This helps to keep you from forgetting things, and also reminds you to what you’ve forgotten.
This is the first part of the habit/routine/impulse/reaction triad, and it’s what keeps you on track. You have to train yourself to write things down, and as you see that you have a habit or routine you have to follow it, and then you also have to train yourself to write it down again.
