I have always been drawn to a certain kind of poetry. It is, of course, that which has come out of the heart, but also that which has come out of the head. It is the kind of poetry which does not need a setting or a conclusion to be understood. It is the kind of poetry which can be easily understood by the non-poet. It is the kind of poetry which can be the basis of a book of poems.
It is Hindi Ke Mahan Kavi, or Poetry Without Words. What it is not is a poem in the sense that it doesn’t have words on it. As such the poem is a kind of non-poetry. The poem is an expression of the mind, without any words, only the feeling. It is a feeling which can be experienced through the heart. It is a feeling which can be experienced through the head. It is a feeling which can be experienced through the soul.

In the same way you can’t take care of somebody else in the way you take care of yourself, you can’t take care of someone else in the way you take care of yourself.
We all need to take care of ourselves in the way we take care of the people we love and all of the things that we do. But to take care of someone else takes care of you.
Hindi ke mahan kavi is a Hindi saying in reference to taking care of yourself. But this is not the same as taking care of the people you love. Hindi ke mahan kavi is a saying about taking care of yourself but your love for the people you love is not taken care of.
